What’s the best way to jazz up a store-bought graham cracker? Smother it in chocolate, of course!
These chocolate covered graham crackers will delight family, friends, and kids.
Toblerone: break the bar into individual pieces and add to a small microwavable bowl. Microwave on high for 45 seconds. Remove and stir. Put it back in the microwave for 15 second intervals until it’s fully melted. Stir after every interval.
Graham crackers: carefully break the crackers along the perforated lines so they are individual rectangles. Place on the baking sheet so they are 2 inches apart.
Cover in chocolate: using a small knife, spread the melted chocolate on two thirds of the graham crackers.
Add sprinkles: to the top section of the chocolate area.
Let cool. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container the night before serving.

Helpful TipsTip 1: Substitutions for Toblerone or graham crackers. I love the Toblerone and graham cracker combo. If you don’t have Toblerone or graham crackers, check out the substitution section in the blog post.Tip 2: Microwave the Toblerone in short intervals Once chocolate burns, there’s no going back! That’s why I like to microwave it in 20-second intervals. Remember to stir the chocolate after each interval too!Tip 3: How do I know if my chocolate is burnt? Burnt chocolate looks dry and is difficult to stir.Tip 4: Add sprinkles for a festive feel I only like to add sprinkles to the top section of the graham cracker so that you can see all three layers: graham cracker, chocolate, and sprinkles. For fun, try different sprinkle shapes and colors. If you loved these chocolate covered graham crackers, share your recipe rating and thoughts down below!
