Helpful tips
Tip 1: A rimmed sheet pan helps keep all the yummy ingredients in place
Tip 2: Use a small bowl to prevent the blueberries from rolling all over the pan
Tip 3: To speed things up, I like to use microwave popcorn or prepopped popcorn.
Tip 4: Don’t be afraid to pack in the popcorn! The raspberry rows help keep everything in check.
Ingredients
- Popcorn: Freshly popped popcorn is perfect for this recipe since it easily fills the gaps between the raspberry rolls. It’s also easily found at grocery stores.
- Rasberries are relatively uniform in shape and size (unlike strawberries), so the red line is more pronounced on the sheet pan.
Equipment
- sheet pan with a rim to help keep the popcorn in place
- small bowl to hold the blueberries and for faster assembly
Substitutions
- Raspberry substitution: You can replace raspberries with strawberries, but makes sure to use whole strawberries. If you slice up the the strawbereries, the juice will make the popcorn soggy.
